Salmon Noodle Bowl

Another excellent anti-cancer dish that is fast and possibly uses a few straggling ingredients in your cupboards. Full of anti-oxidents like salmon and its omega 3, spinach, carrots, ginger and onion. Excellent choice!



4 cups chicken broth (preferably homemade)

2 TBSP teriyaki sauce

1 carrot peeled and cut in thin rings

1/8 cup fresh ginger julienned or chopped

6-8 ounces of skinless, boneless salmon cut into small bite-size pieces

rice or shrimp noodles- 3 small nests or equivelant of 2 pkgs. Ramen soup noodles

1 cup fresh spinach shredded or cut into bite size pieces

1 green onion sliced



Heat the chicken stock with the carrot and ginger in it. Cook carrot until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except the green onions and cook over medium heat 5 minutes until done. Sprinkle with the green onions and serve!

You can add raw egg, sesame seeds or other vegis.
